I wanted to share my experience with Moissanite-Collection.com and their superb customer service. I was in the Air Force and deployed to Camp Victory, Iraq in 2008. I wanted a present to give tmy wife when I returned home and found a great ring on Moissanite-Collection.com, ordered it to ship to me in Iraq. (Most companies refuse to ship to military APO addresses.) Unfortunately, my ring hadn't shown up after 30 days, and it was time for me to come home. The day I left, I called my wife and told her about the ring that never arrived. Well, my wife told the story to customer service at Moissanite-Collection.com and they actually sent a second ring to our address in La. free of charge. The ring actually arrived at my home before I did and my wife brought the box to the airport to open it there. Amazing!! Hi, I ordered and received one of your Moissanite products. I got the two carat marquise. I had called you in advance of ordering it to ask about the tinge of yellow that this one has, your were wonderful in explaining to me. I just wanted to tell you that it is the most beautiful ring. The little color it does show is nothing compared to the beauty and intense sparkle it shows. If you ever need a customer comment to post on your web site please let me know. I could not be happier with it if it were real. I have gotten comment, after comment when out in public with it, It is far superior to a real diamond in every way. I also think the bit of "champagne" color lends more to it being viewed as a "real" diamond. I dont know why anyone would buy a diamond when this is so rare and stunning in comparison. Hello! I placed an order last night at about 7:00 PM and when I got home from work today at 4:30 PM there was a FedEx notice on my door where they had attempted a delivery at around 11:00 AM. My husband and I quickly changed our clothes, went for a 4-mile walk and then drove over to the FedEx office before they closed. We got there at a little after 6:00 PM and picked up my package. Inside the box were the earrings that I had ordered LESS THAN 12 HOURS BEFORE!! I purchased the 2 ct wt earrings - they are absolutely stunning! I have been wearing (continueously) for a week now and they look like the day they arrived (wonderfully packaged also, I might add). I have received so many compliments on them. When I tell people they are moissanite, they are amazed because they look like the real thing - however, I do believe they sparkle and look better than real diamonds (which I do have). I have put my real diamonds away in storage and will be wearing these everyday now without the worries.
Also, the shipping was unbelievable - I ordered them expecting them in a couple of days. I was shocked when they arrived at my door the following afternoon. I don't think I've ever had anybody ship as fast as you did - Thank You.
